DOUGHMASTER FR(V) is an effective bread improver for production of industrial processed bread and buns.

Advantages of DOUGHMASTER FR(V):

  2. An anti-staling agent which maintains the softness and the freshness of the bread and buns.
  3. Imparts extensibility and machinability to the dough.
  4. Can be used with Rheon Encrusting Machine as well as other conventional bakery equipment.

2-3% based on flour weight.
